It is number one that I am most curious about. I placed an offer on this condo, and I want to install a propane heater. Of course, I will check with HOA before doing anything.


What is the structure depicted as number 1 in the attached photo?

the AC is provided by a heat pump. I see what you mean though, however, it is seems too high for AC. I am hoping it is for a vent of a propane stove.

I was thinking they just hid an electrical box,


The dirt level is to high against the wall. Would expect to see 6" of concrete.
