-I live in south Florida on the east coast --7th floor
-I do not use the A/C ever
-I keep the front door(to cat walk) open and the back door (to the deck) open all day--nice breeze comes through
The problem is ever morning (9 out of 10) there is a wet spot about four
feet by 2 feet in front of the door. 8am
I dry it up and it will bead up again about 2 feet. 9am
I dry it up and it will bead up again about 6 inches. 10am
By 11am it is dry

need suggestions:jester:

not marble but

Ok let see it is a marble floor not real marble but 1/4 inch marble on top
and than some backing--the floor was put in two years ago
but
the old tile floor had the same problem in the same spot

Just looked at my daily tracking of this problem--wet about 8 out of 10
days---and---this is not my unit only--(others have the same problem)

If the floor has ductwork below it with AC feeding other condo's and your getting warm air/sunlight on that area you'll get condensation on the marble.

First thing I's do is try closing the doors for a day or two and see if that makes a difference.

If not then I'd call the condo association.
