Hey Guy's

dumb butt checking in here

I was doing some work on the house and notice on one side, there were slits in the mortar between the bricks. so every few feet there are a brick height where the mortar was missing.

I assumed that they had brokem or some screwup, also thought that bugs and stuff can get it, so I filled them up with expanding foam,

More recently I saw other houses down my street with the same thing, so looking up I cam acress weep holes.

:sad: have I got a problem now on my hands, I don't think that drilling will help as it was expanding foam

thoughts ?

I can get some pics if need be

I would use a variety of tools and a shop vac to try to pick the foam out. There might be a flashing in there that you don’t want to damage.
