Decided to finally find out why the Hot water pressure was so low in the Kitchen. Pulled the connecting hose and found a bunch of calcium build up, got rid of that, still low flow. Then ended up using my iPhone camera to look down into the valve since I could not find my extendable mirror, and realized that the Gate valve was all corroded, which was causing the low flow.
Ran to Ace, got a 1/4 turn Shark Bite Ball Valve, all is good now. Now I do not have to hear the wife gripe that our Hot water at the Kitchen sink is slower flow than other people's homes. Also fixed the gate valve handle on the Hot Water tank, since half of it was missing, so that is two off the list.
Did also find that a length of #12 works well for cleaning out the crud from the inlet for single handle faucets.
