I have a 20'x10' detached garage with a concrete slab roof. It's been leaking for a while and needs some sort of waterproofing. Any ideas?

Can I do rubber? All I've seen is rubber over plywood. The concrete is pretty rough and not smooth for the adhesive. Torching rubber?

I stumbled on some website that used multiple layers of primer and mesh to seal but it wasn't sold online. Any other options?
