Cullingan N8 with electromechanical timer.
It looks very much like this diagram:

About 10 days ago the system stopped delivering soft water, and it appears to me that the wheel F is not pushing the lever arm down far enough in order to initiate a regeneration cycle. All six of the tabs on the wheel F are pushed in, and when I hand-advance this wheel the tab will push the lever arm E but not far enough to advance the regeneration wheel.
Wheel F does not appear to be damaged, and the lever arm he does not appear to be damaged, but something is not right.
