Could someone let me know if this is my water shutoff? There are two valves to shutoff. What is this? It says water meter on lid but I assumed water meter was behind my house where the city reads. Thanks!

Maybe at one time it was, but looks abandoned now. As you stated, main line is in back of house now. Ask ur city municipality.

If there are no other shut offs by the water meter anywhere then I would assume they are still used as your main water shut off. Just a thought.

I would call and ask your municipality to make sure.
