I we just changed the bladder tank, and the water pressure was good for a day or so but now only the water pressure inside is low n the tank keeps turning off n on when we use the water inside the home, but works fine when we use the outside water

Pressure tanks don't turn on and off, do they? Do you mean the pump?

Maybe some gunk got loosened in the swap out and is now plugging the flow?

Yes, the pump, how do i unclog the pipes, where is the swap out?

The 'swap out' simply referred to you 'swapping out' the old tank for the new, it is not an item to look for.
Is the indoor pressure low at ALL fixtures/faucets?

No its really low at the kitchen sink, but when the water heater fills up and the bathroom faucet r on u can hear the pump going off and on

Unscrew the cap on the end of the faucet and check for loose particles that may have broken loose and gunked up the faucet. That may be the only problem. *cross your fingers*
