Home is 11 years old and I am the original owner. I recently replaced the expansion tank and have since lost water pressure to the entire house. Pressure is okay as long as a toilet, faucet, washer or valve is NOT used at the same time. I have replaced the expansion tank before and have never had this problem. Water comes directly from the city and the sprinker system does not have this problem, in fact it runs at full force as always. The water inside the house is not affected by the sprinklers.
Prior to this recent water loss, I have always been able to run all 3 toilets, the washer, all 3 showers and every sink in the house at the same time and have never experienced anything like this. The kitchen sink wont even drip water if the washer is running. I have a water softner and tried bypassing it and still have the same loss of water pressure. Please let me know any thoughts and possible troubleshooting ideas!! Thanks!!

Was there a ball valve that was closed to keep the water from coming back to the pressure tank while you where changing it?
Did you solder any copper?

There was a ball valve but it's open. And there is no copper, it's all PVC.

There is a plug some place, most likely close to where you made the change from the old pressure tank to the new pressure tank.
Could be a plastic over that was mostly left on a fitting just after the pressure tank.

We took everything apart and there nothing plugging it? I am at a loss!!!

What kind of flow is there at the very first faucet?
If the pressure tank was changed out with the same kind of pressure tank, (did the new pressure tank get the same air pressure?)
and the fittings are all the same, but there is a loss of pressure then some thing broke loose and has stopped up the line at some point, and where that point is is the question.
