need to locate source of water leak. have already checked for leaks on commodes, bathroom & kitchen sinks, laundry room and exterior water spouts & no leaks detected. The leak is in the master bedroom.

Leaking tub drain, stems on the handles to the bathtub leaking.
The seal around the waste stacks on the roof weather cracked and need replacing.
