I recently changed the valve cartridge in tub/shower
Now I get a sustained jack-hammer noise when the valve is in the warm position.
Full cold or full hot work fine no noise, just in the middle position.

I have shut off the main and opened all valves to drain, then refilled system. The Noise remains
