When it rains hard we often get water to come in through our double front doors where the door we open meets the striker. I'm hoping I don't have to reframe the front door or anything of the such. Would I need to do anything with the astragal?

When I push on the door near the striker it makes a tighter seal which I am thinking would resolve the water issue since you then barely see light coming through and when there are high winds like today it even pushes the door back a bit further.

Photos are attached. In picture 8, the bolt wasn't sitting in the top part of the frame so I have since adjusted it but the door still does not seal the way it should. What are the options here?

I don't know why the photos aren't showing vertical as expected after I rotated them properly on the computer.

I find it extremely difficult to concentrate when practically falling out of my chair.

I'm not going to pick my screen up and turn it.

Why not give the ability for the person to correct it.

I would definitely start with replacing the door seal. Try a thicker one, so that you will have to add a little pressure when closing the door.
