Water dispenser
My water dispenser doesn't work, but my icemaker does. There is no filter in evidence. How do I fix this? (GE Model TPX24PR BB)

Although it is making ice, does it dispense ice?
When you attempt to dispense water, can you hear the solenoid clicking?

GE refrigs are known for the water lines freezing up. You may have to turn it off for a few hours and let it warm up.
The unit dispenses ice, but not water. Yes, the solenoid clicks.Although it is making ice, does it dispense ice?

Just like hardwareman says, your water line is frozen. GE actually makes a heater kit to install on the dispenser to prevent this. It's relatively inexpensive and easy to install.
