I had my roof redone 6 years ago. Completely tore off all shingles. I have a sloped roof on back of house where a garage was added on. The slope is not as steep as the rest of the house. We decided to install Ice and Water Shield on the whole roof not just 3 feet from the edege. The roof has been leaking on the not so sloped part of thr roof for over 3 years. I have had it repaired many times. It even has role roofing on part of it now. It is a mess. The roofers said that they wished that they would have never used the Ice and Water Shield because it did no good. They now say that it is junk. They will not guarantee none of the roof. What do I do.

You can see it, we can't.
Post a picture.
If you know the roof does not have enough slope for shingle you pass on the job or get it in writing that it was the customer request and there's no warrenty.
Not, do the job, have it fail, then say there's no warrenty.

Whats the slope? NRCA says 3/12 for three tabs, 4/12 for architectural, some of the guys say they regularly go 2/12 (I wouldnt, without double ice dams, but I wear belt and suspenders)
