Hi,
I'm new to this so please bear with me. When the central air is on water, which I believe is condensation, is getting on the floor of the furnace room. It appears that it is coming from the air intake duct. Any ideas. I know I'm not describing enough.
Thanks in advance.

if you shut the unit off and remove the fan access panel and see water under the fan section the coil is dripping condensate(dirty) and not running down the fins to the pan to drain out.if it happen all of sudden then as said lines might be slimed up...access the condensate pan and cycle water in it ....if it is a furnace setup for heating this has to be checked and repaired water dripping on a heat exchanger can cause rotting of the metal there..big bucks changeout$$$$
