Hello,

I woke up this morning just as the sun came up and I thought to measure the temperature of my walls. My ceiling was 14 degrees Celsius, my outer walls were 15 degrees Celsius and my inner walls were 16 degrees Celsius. The outside temperature was around 9 degrees Celsius if not less.

Do these temperatures show that I need insulation? I know it will make a difference but will it make a noticeable difference if I insulate the roof?

Have in mind that it is an apartment, I own it but obviously I cannot go around on the roof and do whatever I want since it is a communal area. If I will do something I will have to do it inside the house or get permission to do it on the roof. No attic no nothing, its my ceiling and on the other side of the ceiling is the roof.

Thanks
