I have a cement walkway that requires patching. The pics are attached. The two 3 1/2 inch outlets in the pic are for my septic tank. Yes, it's right in front of my front entry door (long story). Anyway, the outlets were cemented over prior to me needing to get to them. I'm thinking to just cement over them again or somehow get them level with the walkway and replace the caps with a flat cap in case I need to get to them again. Also could I use one of the Quikrete products? If yes, which one?
