Hi,

I'm thinking of getting a heat pump and a thermostat that people seem to be recommending is the TH8320U1008 from Honeywell.

Is this the way to go? Does anyone have any comments for or against this? It has the dual fuel function. Looks like you can get a 20 dollar outside temp gauge to hook up to it so it knows when to turn the fuel on and off..

If your getting a ase system, the TH8320 is an ok thermostat.
