I would stay away from anything with joints for a bathroom floor application, but that's just me. It depends on your current life situation,
and what the risks of water or daily humidity with showers and baths damaging, or warping materials with joints.
If you don't mind vinyl, they make some very very nice 12ft rools of cushion floor which can easily be installed, with, or without gluing it,
and it's seamless.
