Over the summer I installed vinyl gutters on my house. After the recent rains I am noticing that there is a fair amount .25" amount of water staying in the gutters. I have made many attemps to slope these gutters properly, but still cant get it. Should I tear them all off and go with metal or is it OK to have a little residual water left in the gutters. Thanks

I agree with WoW a little water is no big deal.
I am not a big fan of vinyl gutters but since you already have them installed I'd live with what you have.

Vinyl gutters always look like crap. They always sag and get worse over time. Seamless aluminum is they way to go.
