vintage electrical wiring date

Hello, I am trying to date multiple renovations done to my home (built in 1900). I thought the wiring might be a good way to get a time period in which the renovations were done.

The first wiring appears to be black, with 2 conductors wrapped in rubber and no ground with a woven cloth like jacket. And it was used in the original part of the house.

The second wiring appears to be black with 2 conductors wrapped in plastic and no ground with a woven cloth like jacket. It was used in the cottage behind the house.

The third wiring goes to an addition built onto the house, it is white with a woven cloth like jacket and it reads PARANITE PARAFLEX - NON METALLIC SHEATHED CABLE --- 12-2-6 - TYPE NM - 600V

Type NM cable was phased out in about 1985. It became the current cable of NM-B.
The stuff without the ground is likely from before 1960.

Is that asbestos in the sheathing? or is there asbestos in that type wire?

Some did. Nothing big to worry about. You are not going to be chewing on it, or eating it.

Or fiberglass insulation?
