Hi,
I had a new hot water boiler installed two years ago along with a new chimney liner that fit the capacity of the boiler BTUs. Everything passed inspection.
Since last year I have started to see this whitish leak from the boiler and the chimney vents.
Please see the photos attached.
Please also notice the whitish powder forming on one of the vents.

I wanted to know what's causing this and how I can get it fixed. Is it the boiler that's condensing or is it because of the flue gases not being able to vent properly? Is the stainless steel chimney liner getting damaged?

Any helpful input would be appreciated.
