Hi Everyone, Quick question. Installing engineered hardwood over concrete in my basement. Living in Midwest USA area and trying to figure out what is best material to lay underneath engineered hardwood to prevent moisture. Have researched Tu Tuff and was wondering what high density polyethelene products are best if in fact that is even the best material. Do I want a vapour barrier or vapour retarder???
THanks in advance.
