No, I want to buy and resell. Too much time trouble and expense to rent. Not sure what I need either. I can reach the second story by a deck in a little while...but want to access now if possible by scaffold.

Still makes more since to rent it.
Any company I've dealt with would come out and see what you need to do the job safely, set it up and take it down for you.
I've got some scaffolding I've had listed on Craig's list for over a year that I have not had a single call on so far.

Where are you located? If here in LA, I could tell you where to go.

When I was doing my house I bought my scaffolding...about 27 sections. I had it up for almost 2 years. The 2x12 planks were free (trash from a shipping container).

I paid about $900 for all the sections and then sold it for $600....and kept 2 sections.

Just so you know, standard 2x12 planks are not OSHA approved.

I'm in Central Texas. I may only need a couple of sections....but just which ones and what kind, not sure. Home Depot rents..but they don't come out to see what you need. I have a deck going up that will help on the second story...but scaffolding may be too heavy??
