use breaker box to split 220 3 wire to 110

Hello. I have a 220 3 wire line going to an old water pump that is no longer operational. I would like to split this 220 line to power two 110 lines in an adjacent shed. If I install a breaker box and create breakered circuits for the 110 lines will it be safe to do so?

Only if you have red et black et white et bare or green conductor then it will be no issue but if do not have white or others means then no you will be stuck with only single circuit.

And you will have to add GFCI receptale or breaker depending on the conferation.

Merci,
Marc
