Thank you for reading my request.

We had the following sump pump, which worked perfectly for years.

Water Ace model R3S 1/3 HP submersible sump pump. 115 volts, 6.5 amps, 60 hertz.

My local Lowe's no longer carries it. I need alternatives that I can get at my local Lowe's, Home Depot or Busy Beaver.

Can you please recommend comparable or better makes and models?

Also, please note, some models we tried early on (don't have a record of make or model) would not run at all on the electricity we had coming into the house because of the amperage or something like that.

I tried asking the guy at Lowe's but he was not at all knowledgeable. I need to get one today.

A sump pump should be on it's own 12-2 20 amp circut.

If a sump is that important then something else is wrong.
Working gutters, grade running away from the house, no mulch or flower beds againt the foundation.
Water proof the outside of the foundation.
In extreame cases you may need a french drain.
The idea is to prevent water from getting in, in the first place not have to deal with it once it's inside.

If your sump fills up so fast that you need a pump today, you have bigger problems. I've never even heard of a Water Ace. Common brands are Taco (pronounced TAY-co) and Zoeller.

Where would you find a Taco or Zoeller sold?

SInce you chose not to include to add your location it's hard to suggest a place to buy them.
There's people on this site for the 4 corners of the globe.
Just go on there web site to find a local dealer.
