That's a pretty outlandish concept: buying an old set of architectural drawings, you sketching some modifications, and then finding another architect to seal that sketched up set. I wouldn't do that in a million years. And I would sue the professional who put their seal on top of my mine in a heartbeat. I've done it before, because that's my intellectual property. A set of sealed drawings are meant for that client's property, and no other.

I thought we were all moving away from the Napster-esque, pirated, devil may care, break the law when it suits us mentality.

What a crazy post. Does the average person really think that this a legitimate option? Insanity. Don't they teach ethics in school anymore?
