Is there such a thing as a tub spout with a male thread to screw on an aerator?
I do not need an aerator. I have fish tanks in the next room and I would like to attach the tank cleaning hose to the tub spout. If I connect the hose to the sink, it might overflow and I would not know it since I would be in the next room.

Hooking a hose to a tub spout in the manner you suggest is not an accepted practice per plumbing codes. You are eliminating the cross connection control (air gap)- so I doubt you will find an approved spout.
