There is a copper bar connecting the hot and cold pipes under the sink. I have no idea how to get it removed so I can uninstall this faucet. It does not appear to be part of the standard installation gear when the previous homeowner had it installed.

A picture from the top?? Most likely the two faucets will unscrew from the brass boss and it will pull from below, but I can't tell without seeing it.

Looks to me like there's a hex in the middle...does loosening that do anything?

agree with the hex nut looking thing in the middle. Try loosening that and see if it helps.

Also by the looks of the sediment build-up on the faucet inlet screens, I would use new supply lines.

Do you have a water softener?. Just curious. Lots of sediment/sludge build up there. Wonder what is causing it. Those inlet screens are so clogged it's a wonder you had any water pressure at all.

Hope you get it removed and replaced soon garrison.

I finally got it. I removed the handles and faucet body above the sink, and then removed it from below. Thank you all for your help.
