Replacing existing deck boards with trex. Deck is out of square. The trex is not solid. Pressure treated lumber was used previously. The first board put down was cut to fit . The trex since being not solid really cant be done like this. Suggestions. Thanks.

If you aren't using fascia... and you dont want to see the hollow ends of the planks, you would need to use solid trex to make a picture frame for the deck first. Then only use your hollow profile in the field. This requires added blocking at the deck perimeter.

Do you mean the Trex bows between joists?
Tell us about your joists - spacing and condition.

I'm not aware that Trex brand composite decking has any lines that are hollow core. It does have 'profile'. If you don't want to see the end profile you need to picture frame or some other finishing method. Picture framing needs additional framing to support it.

Or I'm not understanding the question.
