Transition from Tile to carpet?

I'm installing a new tile floor in a bathroom. At the bathroom door the floor goes to carpet. What do I use at the door to end (edge) the tile and allow for the transition to the carpet?

for years they used a piece of marble. we used to make them out of a piece of oak
