Installing Transformer upgrade for doorbell and want to triple check before final wiring. The new Transformer has "silver" wires and the 120v house wires are copper. Videos on line and initial input from the sister site is it is safe to direct connect these using wire nuts. Any insight on installing Transformer to copper wire is appreciated.

* 16v Transformer only providing 13v to Ring Doorbell
* new Transformer 24v (with 16v and 8v connection options)
