I have a trane xr 11. The air handler runs all the time even when the unit is shut down. I have to throw the breaker at it air handler to turn it off. Is this a relay problem and if so where is the location of this relay. Ive been told it is located in the outside unit itself. I could use some help on this...Thanks

likely a relay or short in the t-stat wiring.
relay likely on a fan control board or even if a heat sequencer if trane uses them.
