Hi,
I installed a Trane XL824 and all went well until I tried to enter the installation wizard a second time. I wanted to ensure that the stat was set for my remote sensor. I can press Home>Menu>Service>Technician Access but nothing happens when I press Technician Access. Any ideas?

I found the answer. You have to hold down the "technician Access" button for about 10 seconds.
