Trane air handler issues

I have a Trane TWE037E13FB1 air handler and I woke up to no heat today. I checked the fuse and that was good it's getting power but the fan won't kick on. It was trying to turn so I spun it with my hand and it started and ran for about 5min. before turning off again. I didn't see a capacitor near the fan is there something else that controls the fan on this unit? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just realized I had an old account I hadnt used in a bit. Here are a few pictures of the ECM I pulled off the blower motor. I read that the thermistor goes bad but this one seems to look fine? Any other thoughts?
