Hope someone can help.

I am about to fit a new toilet but need to check on the regulations. I have looked through the building regs part H but found no joy. Is it possible to turn right from the pan then go straight for about 3 feet through the external wall then right again for another 1 foot into the stack? I have been told informally that i can only have a bend every 6 feet. Is this correct?

Get a plumber pal. They put in closet bends directly below the toilet flange so the waste gets a fast vertical fall for momentum. That's one 90 degree turn. The best course for your waste to follow is a direct path to the 4" main stack. Don't try to build in an obstacle course for it or you will be on the end of a plunger for ever.

I will get plumber to fit the new suite but i need to plan the partition wall first. i hope to run the pipe right from the toilet and then one final 90 degree turn into stack. Do you know if this is possible?

You need to use the proper radius and at least 3" pipe. I am not aware of an limit to the number of bends only the radius of the bends. I don't understand the part about a "pan" or the "external" wall. Usually a toilet is plumbed from under the floor and the waste would route in the bay of two joists to a stack. If you can provide a better description maybe I could be more help.
