The center of this toilet drain is exactly 12.5" from the pipe directly behind it.
Once i put the wall and sheet rock on the center will be approx 8.5" from center.

What can i possibly do to make this work?
Why would the builder do this? Maybe i just missing something.

bust concrete and move flange?
install wall so drain pipe behind is just showing?

use an offset toilet flange with a smaller clearance toilet?

line the edge of the wall up with the edge of the pipe behind the toilet. just snap a straight line to set your bottom plate to. it's that easy. after you drywall it will be 12 inches from the drywall.

Yeah, i'm a little slow in the head. That makes perfect sense and will line up perfect. Thanks for talking me off the ledge.
