I have a damaged PVC Toilet Flange I am removing that is glued to outside of 3 inch diameter drain pipe. How do I remove the glued portion on the outside of the drain pipe with damaging the drain pipe?

You can't. The pipe has to cut off.

Maybe you can find a PVC flange that fits inside the 3" pipe. Then you could just cut away the old flange down to the floor.

Repair flanges are available. Have you checked if one would work?

That was my next thought. How is it damaged? If it's the holes that are cracked out, a repair flange will fix them. The flange screws over top of the broken one and gives you new holes to bolt the toilet down.

Gpapa Next time: try an inside the pipe cutter. Home Depot 12 bucks. Fits in your drill for cutting the pipe inside.
