I would like to replace about 14 feet of hot water baseboard heat with a hydronic toe kick heater.How large of a unit would i need?

Does the baseboard heat the space well? then find btu/per foot for pipe size and baseboard style plug in the numbers and size the kick space htr accordingly. Original base board may be oversized but will get you in the ball park.

14' of ¾" elementcan be anywhere from 7000 to 8400 BTUs.
