Is this caused from mixing to dry? Any Issues or should it be redone? It’s one form I set for a patio.

Thanks! I must of not done it enough with those 2. I poured 8 total and those were the only ones looking that way. Is there any harmful effects on leaving it like that? It will not be visible.

I dunno; if you get water in there it's probably more likely to spall.

Are you mixing cement, sand, rock and water to make concrete?
- Then you must mix then together for at least 3 minutes, or what you have won't stay together very long.
This is true anywhere in the world.

either vibrate ( not likely for a diy'er ) or ' rod ' it to remove voids
