Does any one have some tips for tearing off roof sheeting? I guess I should cut it up with my skill saw to make it easier to get off? What other tools/techniques are good to make the jobs fast.

If you are doing it with the shingles still on, a circular saw works well on about 2x2 sections. If there is no shingles on, I would see if a couple of pry bars would get a corner started, and work my way from there.
