Has anyone here done this? We have terrible glares from the afternoon sun and heat! We have newer Windows and have curtains that help block some of the light from the sun.

I'm not sure if this is something I'd be able to tackle myself or hire someone to do! Let me see some before and after photos and what products to look for and stay away from!

I've done it.

And, you can always tell the windows that have been tinted.

I'll never do it again.

You find out why over time.....especially if you clean your windows.

May I suggest using blinds? Get the kind that fit inside the area of the window and keep the curtains on the outside.

If you apply tinting film on the inside of insulated glass unit , there is a good chance of seal failure (meaning the airspace will get cloudy). It traps the heat inside the airspace .
That stuff will also void most window/glass warranties .
