i have four tiles that look as though they are rising from the concrete. I am not sure if my foundation is shifting or the tiles are separating from the mortar.

What kind of tiles are we talking about? Inside? Outside?

A pic would be real nice.

If we're talking some type of ceramic floor tile, tap it with something. A loose tile will sound hollow compared to a secure one.

Sounds like you've got 'tenting' going on. A picture or a better description will help. It would also help if we knew the size of the room and among other things how it was installed and with what products,
