I don't see it here but I assume you're dealing with ceramic or porcelain. I would cut a few grout lines and try to lift whole tiles. You might get lucky on at least a few. When all else fails get a hammer drill with a 4" wide chisel shaped blade and go at them from the edge.
What about heat on the PL200? or is it flamable.
Another thought before you start, lift a heat vent or toilet and see if there is a proper underlay say 1/4"ply???? . Hopefully it is only nailed down and not screwed in.
You'll likely have to scrap that anyway because of the PL so why not go deep and take it out as a whole slab rather than lift all the tile and then the underlayment?
Try to asses this bath floor from below if you have an open ceiling. If you see a lot of screws penetrating the floor,
