Is it possible to have tile over hydronic radiant tubing so that the total height is 1 1/4 inches? I am trying to match the height in an area with 3/4 hardwood floor over 1/2" quick track radiant panels.

Thank you for your suggestions.

I know very little about installing hydronic heat in floors, but, I think your request is not realistic. If the tubes are 5/8", I think you're looking at 2" of concrete/mud, plus the thickness of the floor covering on top of that. And that can vary depending on the level/flatness of the original floor.

I recommend consulting an expert in the brand/type you're considering.
