I would like my black walnut 8 inch planks to butt up against large porcelain tiles in a curve. I don't know if this is possible. The curve would run with the length of the planks. I know I'd have to reseal the raw edges of the wood, but I can't find a product that could go between the tile and the wood in a curve. I also don't want there to be a tripping obstacle. The length of the gentle "S" curve is about 15 feet long. Any suggestions?

A good wood worker can make you a matching piece of trim. But it wouldn't be cheap.
