Anyone recognize this specific floor tile? I need to buy a few more to match it. It's 12x12", originally purchased at home depot.

Even if you could find the tile style, you run the risk of dye lot difference. What are you having to do?

take a good clear photo and go to Home Depot
and try to match what they have.
