Do not screw underlayment to the slab----there are several kinds of heating for under tile installation---what do you have?

i am using schluter ditra in a bathroom with solid concrete slab,want to install heated floor as well, can i imbed heated floor in modified thinset over existing concrete slab? i know i use unmodified thinset for setting schluter and tile. just wondering if i should screw down some underlayment to slab?
