I needed to replace the Wax toilet seal after about 3 months since i last replaced it? I replaced it by doubling the rings and it appears to be working but I noticed when I set the toilet it didn't take much pressure to get the rings to compress so I am wondering If I need even to use more that two seals. Is there any other way to get a good seal on a toilet flange when remodelling has resulted in higher floors?

There are stackable PVC closet flange extension kits available. While the best method is to actually lengthen the riser, sometimes that isnt practical. I've used these not only for customers, but also in my own home. They are usually 1/4" thick and you can stack them to get to the height you need. I like to put a bead of caulk between them just for good measure.
