I am hopefully trying to upgrade my Honeywell THX9421R to a Honeywell RTH9585WF. The problem is there was only two wires used in the old model for C (White) and R (red). I have a orange and green still available and need to figure out how I need to wire this system. I do not have a blue or yellow wire.

Your existing stat is a high end one with a module and the rth would be a downgrade.
You have to see what kind of system it's controlling before doing anything - it probably needs more than 4 wires when not using the interface module.
A redlink wifi module may be compatible with the existing stat. I believe it's called internet gateway.
